To travel with 7across / RCI:

  1. Please send your week deposit request by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Verbal request is not acceptable.
  2. Once your week is deposited into 7across / RCI system, you can contact 7across / RCI directly whose consultants will assist you in exchanging your vacation to their affiliated resorts.
  3. 7across / RCI will charge an exchange fee which differs depending on whether the week you choose is classified as a Domestic Region, Intra-Asia or International exchange. Please contact 7across / RCI directly for details of the respective rates.

  5. Once you finish your 7across / RCI exchange booking, 7across / RCI will send a confirmation letter to you within 2 weeks.

** A Holiday Owner cannot deposit or exchange through 7across / RCI, unless the management fee and any other related fees due in respect of his weekly period has been paid.**

** Please be reminded once the week is deposited into 7across / RCI, the deposited week cannot be withdrawn from Member’s account.**
